What lotion should you use on Phase 2?

In “Pounds and Inches,” Dr. Simeons directed dieters to stay away from creams and lotions during the 500-calorie part of the HCG Diet, because of the oils and fats they use as a base.

Many people ask: “What lotion should I use during Phase 2 of my HCG Protocol?”

A good alternative for these lotions is Aloe Vera, straight from the plant. I keep a plant in the kitchen in case of burns. If my hands get too dry during Phase 2, I’ll cut a small piece off the plant and squeeze out the juicy center. Then I rub the juice into my hands until it dissapears.

No, it’s not sticky – if you rub in the juice until it’s gone. My hands are really soft after using it! 🙂

Do HCG Injections Hurt?

Dr. Simeons’ HCG diet protocol uses HCG Injections on a daily basis so if you’re a bit put off by the idea of having to give yourself injections daily, read on:

“HCG Injections can be quite painless. The whole theory behind HCG is that it helps you to lose weight using only your fat reserves, while at the same time keeping your brain out of “famine” mode and sparing critical fat and muscle.”

The needle gauges we offer are very small – 27g or 28g. Many people have reported barely feeling anything at all when giving themselves the injections, especially with the 28g needle. Of course everyone is different but if you’ve come this far, go for it!

Do You Know How to Mix HCG?

Once hydrated, most HCG looses its potency in about 30-45 days, so the more control you have over that “clock,” the better.

So you’re best option is to mix your own HCG. But don’t worry! It’s not has hard as it sounds. BASICALLY, it’s a three-step process:

1. Hydrate the HCG.

2. Put the hydrated HCG into a clean, empty glass vial.

3. Add enough mixing solvent to get the mixture to the right strength for dosing.

Of course, there’s a little more to it than that. But we do have complete mixing instructions on our webiste: www.hcgsupplies.com. Just click on “Mixing Instructions” for complete details.
